RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • Eligible for return or exchange.

    • Refund options: Store Credit or refund to your bank account.

    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Size Issues or Change of Mind:

    • Returns or exchanges accepted.

    • Refunds will be issued as Store Credit.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged in stores, as not all stores provide this service.

  • No price difference will be refunded if the exchanged item is of lower value than the original. Top-up is required for items of higher value.

  • 商品有瑕疵或收错货

    • 可接受退货或换货。

    • 退款可选择退至 Store Credit 或银行户口。

    • 我们将承担退货或换货的运费。

    • 可接受退货或换货。

    • 退款退至 Store Credit。

    • 运费由您自行承担。

注意事项

  • 换货需视所需商品的库存情况而定。

  • 请勿前往门店退换货物,并非所有门店提供换货服务。

  • 如果换货商品价格低于原商品,则不会退还差额;若价格高于原商品,则需要补足差价。


EXCHANGE PROCESSING FEE

  • West Malaysia: RM8 for exchange orders not exceeding MYR200

  • East Malaysia: RM20 for exchange orders not exceeding MYR500

Processing Details

  • Replacement items will be mailed once the exchange is approved and processed.

  • All return/exchange requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of the returned items.

RETURN AND REFUND

Return Conditions

  • Items (excluding underwear, necklaces, and earrings) can be returned if unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

  • No refunds for items used or damaged by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Inspection and confirmation of returned items will take 3 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued as Store Credit within 5 working days after confirmation (valid for 365 days).

  • Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • A replacement item will be sent as agreed.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued as Store Credit.

Bank Account Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days upon confirmation.


Proof of Damage

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate the replacement process.
